Registration Fee

 

We charge an initial retainer of £499 plus VAT. This retains our services and utilises our personal network of professional contacts, research and our initial viewings. This sum guarantees a three-month search, within which time we normally would have secured a property on your behalf. If the search proves to be more difficult than usual and we agree to extend the contract, we will discuss a further search fee.

We research the area in which you are looking and view the available properties, sifting out those which do not meet your particular requirements. When we have shortlisted the properties that we believe will be suitable for you, we will ask you to accompany us on an inspection day.

 

 

Finding Fee

 

Our fees are:

 

                 1% of the purchase price + VAT at the current rate of 20% less the registration fee
